Even if its faster, if you need to fight the tool every screw, whats the point? For light stuff a drill is fine tho, specially if you drill pilot holes.
you know in many cases the corded is king no batteries cheaper most of them longer lifespan I still use many corded tools and I still love my BD Super SawCat
It’s kinda funny how people talk crap about a guy who makes videos in his garage without knowing anything about him. Someone who worked in the field for years, and retired due to health issues, might know more than people give him credit for.
@DiligentDave1966 it's not just one guy it's a few on RUclips ..and the guy your thinking about I know about him but we are friends that give each other hard a hard time to amuse our selves .
@@SaerTurner-wn2qh I wasn’t referring to you in that comment. I was referring to the people who literally said SoAlz doesn’t know what he’s talking about. They all gravitate towards videos like this and post comments.
I love when I see people in their garages talkin about how the drill is better for screwin stuff in than an impact. If I only had to put 1 lag bolt in a month, yeah, but when I gotta go through and put 80 of em in in an hour or two, I'll take an extra 2 second per lag to not wear out my wrists and fight everything.
@@galevest4545 I hope you realize that SoAlz worked in the "real world" for years before retiring due to health issues. A bad back, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's will do that to you.
Try this with a 3-4x longer screw... you will realize the torsion effect, when the impact screwdriver just hits the empty space, and the drill sinks it all the way.... so for normal screws yes, for larger-longer ones no.
its all about situation fastener and material when your choosing the tool and that is why I made this video to show that not one tool is the best or the right for all jobs like some people have been preaching on youtube

I still can't get over how strong these cordless' are.
I still buy up the corded tools....they work fine too.

@@SaerTurner-wn2qh Somewhere along the line I tried that SawCat....that was a good cutter.

Dart in mouth while reviewing tools. What more can you ask for?
