Yes Mrs. Tabitha, I stopped eating bread and sweets trying to lower my A1C for diabetes. After 3 weeks, my scales only showed I had lost 2 pounds but I went from a dress size 14 to a size 12. So yes eating gluten free and less sugar has helped me shed inches. Thank you for faithfully sharing your eating changes with your followers. I also just purchased your Very Good Garlic and the Sunshine seasoning!! I pray your son is feeling better.

Tab my son had those symptoms, and they were literally growing pains . From 14-19 years. I took him to many doctors because of many symptoms. From headaches., legs aching, heart palpitations. He was growing fast. He grew one year 1 1/2 inches in six months. He's 6'2"
My son had the same symptoms and the doctors established it truly was from growing so fast, he was having some major growth spurts! ❤

Hey Tab! I’m allergic to wheat and when I first went gluten free my bloating went down and I did lose some weight but nothing drastic. It’s been the best life change honestly. I would get painful abdominal cramps, headaches, and fatigue from wheat.

Yes I am gluten intolerant as well. Never had any issues til about 8 yrs ago. You will feel much better and notice a difference in your body. I can still eat gluten but after awhile it does affect my body and I feel worse if I do. I rarely have migraines now where before I had them every couple of months.

Hello Sister Tab! Yes, going GF will cause you to lose weight. Due to many ongoing issues, I went GF many years (when gluten products were not as common) ago for a period of time and because I have had gastric bypass surgery, losing weight was one of my doctor's initial concerns. I did lose quite a few pounds. I unfortunately am not completely GF right now. But being that I'm still having some health issues to include being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, I know that I have got to make some sort of eating change. Not sure that I'm quite ready to go vegan (keep me in prayer), but I do plan to make some sort of change, one is definitely looking at going back completely GF, especially since that I have an intolerance. Again, keep me in prayer! Love and Blessings!

I had to go gluten free to lower my A1C. I lost 26 lbs in a 90 day period. Now back when I did it there weren’t many good tasting or affordable gluten free options. So I could sustain it. But in 2024. It’s doable!

I was diagnosed with IBS and I am Gluten free. American diet with Gluten can make some people bloated. My sister and her husband adopted the part of my duet and eliminated gluten and are less bloated.

Gluten is one of the most common triggers for gut issues and food intolerances or allergies in the world. I went gluten-free when one of my staff has celiac disease and I didn’t wanna bring anything for my team and her get sick so I took everything out of my house that had gluten. That was 12 years ago and I had no idea I had a gluten intolerance because all of a sudden I could breathe better. So I decided I was done with gluten. And I feel better all around for it!
Yes ma'ammmmm........gluten causes inflammation in my body. When I take it out the inflammation goes away and I look smaller. Quest is soooooooo handsome🥰
