How fun to have a copy of the QVC cookbook - and it is filled with a lot of fun recipes
I made 3 from the cookbook
Spinach Noodle Casserole
½ pound egg noodles
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 boxes of frozen creamed spinach
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
I cup sour cream
Tasty Tortellini Salad
1 package frozen cheese tortellini
2 cups fresh broccoli florets, blanched
½ green pepper, diced
1 (8-ounce) bottle Italian salad dressing
I cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Southern Mashed Potato Salad
4 cups mashed potatoes
I teaspoon seasoned salt
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons white vinegar
4 eggs, hard-boiled
1 tablespoon plain mustard
1 stalk celery
½ cup mayonnaise
1 red onion
1/2 cup pickle relish
½ green pepper
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon
2 green onions
1 tablespoon pickle juice
2 tsp paprika

I didn't know QVC had a cookbook. How cool you have a recipe in it. I think I would like the spinach noodle casserole. Mashed potato salad.. hmmm never heard of it.

I enjoyed this one a lot. I may try that mashed potato salad. I had mashed potato salad once but it was served warm or at room temp. Think it was regional or that is what I was told at the time I was visiting friends in Albemarle NC.
