I ended up getting missing poster and dying in sacrifice room but it sent me to dark room and I ended up not getting to unlock Lost :')

I don’t have a “my games folder” and if I open Issac through steam there isn’t an “options” button
Check from your files wherever your documents are stored. Make sure it's "C:\Documents" and not One Drive\Documents!

@@n4meless24 I appreciate it, although I realized after writing this comment it was probably wallpaper engine and found it myself. Found a bunch of nice new backgrounds, I had just one for a while and now I've got a rotation

So, I did all the steps, but when I launch the game, the EnableDebugConsole reset to 0 automatically...
So I can't use it in game, even when I change the parameter while playing
You cannot change it while playing, should do it when the game is closed. Also make sure you're changing the field on the right file (from the path), as there are 2 identical ones.

So i followed the steps perfectly. Yes i saved it. Isaac wasnt open when i did. I pressed every key on the keyboard, none of them opened the console menu. How do you use it once you follow these steps?

for some reason, even though I followed the correct path multiple times, it opens it in a notepad file and wont let me save it
The notepad file is okay, I just have a different app for that, write the line and press ctrl+s, it should save!

What do I do if option.ini is not appearing?
It must appear, else the game won't read commands and can't function. Make sure the directory is the correct one
click on options i did it this way
i wrote the enabledebugconsole in the options cause it didn't have the option and put =1 at the end and it still didn't work
Are you sure you followed the same folder path in the video and wrote the "= 1" as I did? Even the spaces are important.
I’m having an issue where everytime I change the value of enable debug console to 1 and relaunch the game, it changes it back to 0
are you doing that with the game closed?

If it's not there you can just write it yourself, and it'll work. Make sure to best mom's foot first though!

you can if you enable it after beating mom once first.

You might be looking into the "One Drive" path instead of your documents.

@@n4meless24I forgot to say but my steam games are not saved in the My Games folder I don't know why but I also tried to find the documents file in the isaac folder and i don't have
That's odd, the documents shouldn't be in the isaac folder btw, but MUCH earlier.

If it doesn't, just write it yourself and add a = 1 at the end.

you'd have to go off based on command lists online, rebirth is a lot outdated sadly.
