When v do the upsizing, the rotation of the tyre gets varied and it will slightly show the variation in the odometer. For eg, if v do the upsizing, and if v travel by 80kmph, the odometer will show only 78kmph when the upsizing happens. It will show more variation in the long run. The size varies for milleage reading too as the no of tyre rotation will slightly vary.
