Hey Ralph & Sam, just wanted to thank you for all your great Tokyo travel vlogs! It was thanks to your last Ginza video that I got to enjoy and explore New Torigin and Ginza 6 (and of course a bunch of other locations too from all your other videos haha)! Whenever you next find yourselves back in Tokyo, I highly highly recommend the Edo-Tokyo Open Air Architectural Museum for photos and for architecture (the park is also excellent during cherry blossom season). I also recommend Giraffe Ties in Sendagaya if either of you are ever interested in quirky ties or bow ties!
Always so happy to hear people give New Torigin a chance 🍢 And thank you for the recs! We find ourselves back in Tokyo quite often, so we're always looking for things to do. Giraffe ties and the Edo Open Air Museum sound fantastic 😊
3:45 Ralph looks so handsome without his glasses. He goes from looking all chic to GQ 15:10 The photographer for the ping pong table spent 5 years taking a picture of that table and no one ever used it for its purpose but everything else! I smiled for 23 minutes. Thank you for giving me this video to start the week. I feel refreshed!
Hey there! Just recently discovered your channel. Loving the content. Such a cute fashionable couple. I am learning so much. I hope to be able to visit Japan about this time next year. So many great ideas. All of your Flea Market videos make me drool. Please keep it up. Thank you!
Thank you very much for watching 💖 Fall is the perfect time to visit Japan. Hope you guys get to visit their flea markets too. Always such an experience 😊
I’ve been watching your videos ever since the Bangkok ones and I’m so happy to see you guys grow❤ also im going to Tokyo next week so your vlogs have come to my rescue once again hehe
I just Love how you take the video and show us those beautiful places. I Love taking pictures too, it’s my hobby. I Like all the things Sam buys you’ve got good taste. ❤
@@RalphSam I stayed in a hotel behind Ginza 6 for 2 nights then switched neighborhoods. I think its ok for several nights but not the whole trip. Very quiet area, and interesting to see neighborhood places in such an urban sprawl.
thanks for letting us know. we have yet to see that neighborhood-y side of ginza ourselves. we always end up only in the main shopping street. might need to explore more next time we go.
I looked twice at your first breakfast choice (Onigiri & 2 Onsen Eggs)! I will try that! Someday I hit a lottery ticket and go shopping spree in Ginza!!! Someday, someday, someday...
from your past videos, I suggested my friends and I visit the Torigun restaurant on our recent Tokyo trip. we loved it. another Ginza surprise for us was Manneken LMAO!
Thank you for this video! So helpful! ❤At 19:30 you include a place dedicated to dessert shops - what is it called 😊 Is that ‘Baum Kitchen’ from the shot before it? Or are they 2 different places?
Hi!! You actually inspired me to get a film cam. Actually looking to upgrade my current kodak ektar. For beginners, what film cam should I look into. Thanks 💜
Great video, im not a huge fan of ginza but this video has gone someway to changing my mind. Also, what did Ralph do to that Scone?!? You cut it horizontally like a bagel not vertically down the middle 😮😂
Dover Street Market is always a must-go for me just purely to check out what amazing fashion the floor staff will be wearing. Did you guys happen to stop by GU which is next to Uniqlo?
As a Brit that scone slice nearly gave me a heart attack, but nevertheless enjoying the series as always 😊 using all your recommendations to plan my next trip.
right after we bought it in the akihabara vlog 😊 we mix it with our phone footage, but you can see pocket 3 footage in our kichijoji, ginza and mount takao vlogs.
Ginza is very upscale, more luxury brands and big flagship branches of stores like Uniqlo and Muji. Harajuku is more trendy and favors a younger crowd. We personally shop more in Ura Harajuku/Omotesando 😊 You can check our vlog on it for the the kinds of shops they have ✌🏻
Attraction of Tokyo can not be overstated and full of unimaginable Mysterious atmosphere and greney Tokyo is extraordinarily safe and quiet and without scary guns danger and streets beggars and robbers and traffic horns noises and dusts

Thanks for this! Miss Japan. Just came from a solo vacay last month and stayed in the Ginza area.
Nice! Do you recommend staying there? We always consider it but haven't had the chance yet 😊

Yes the onsen eggs are my new thing! The cool thing about konbini breakfast is the hundreds of combinations available 🥚🥚🥚
Great video! Daido Moriyama fan here. Saw an excellent exhibit of his work at C/O Berlin last summer.
Thats too cool. Thanks for noticing that portion, fellow Daido fan!
5:57 the photographer shines 🧐🤩😁
Thank you! 🙏
15:55 The signed photo is by Hiroko Sakurai, the original heroine of Ultraman (1966), Japan's most famous hero. She played Fuji Akiko.
thank you for sharing! i was wondering who she was. how iconic 🧡
🫰I'm a big fan of your photography.

from your past videos, I suggested my friends and I visit the Torigun restaurant on our recent Tokyo trip. we loved it. another Ginza surprise for us was Manneken LMAO!

You can find it at 'Pudding Lab' on Google Maps. Very close to New Torigin. 🍦
@@RalphSam thank you so much! Currently watching your other videos. All are so helpful & your coverage is amazing!
@minwa161 appreciate it! 🙌🏻😊
i hope i can go to Japan as often as you guys 😢
here's hoping you get to visit soon ✌🏻
Whaou the Book store ❤❤❤
a must visit! 🙌🏻
I’m more of a Masahisa Fukase fan. But that bookstore looks amazing 🌸
Looking up his work now. Beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
22:59 I definitely have missed it but where is Ralph’s favourite scone from?! Looks sooo good I need to bookmark this for my next Japan trip!
it's from the mitsukoshi food basement 😊 there is a scone shop right beside one of the escalators
@@RalphSamthank you!!!
Nice video!! Got so many ideas!! But what is the dessert store called?
Happy to hear that! It's called Pudding Lab on Google Maps 🤍
Love yall’s content! How do yall know about all these shops?! Any resources yall used to do research prior to going?
Hi!! You actually inspired me to get a film cam. Actually looking to upgrade my current kodak ektar. For beginners, what film cam should I look into. Thanks 💜
Thank you! I like my Olympus mju ii. I started out with the Yashica T series film cameras too. And I always use Kodak Portra. Enjoy!
That is one expensive coffee. Thanks for the heads up! 😂
Welcome! Im still mentally paying for that coffee 😄
Great video, im not a huge fan of ginza but this video has gone someway to changing my mind. Also, what did Ralph do to that Scone?!? You cut it horizontally like a bagel not vertically down the middle 😮😂
Oh no, sorry, scone! Thanks for the tip, I did not know that
Dover Street Market is always a must-go for me just purely to check out what amazing fashion the floor staff will be wearing. Did you guys happen to stop by GU which is next to Uniqlo?
One of our main reasons for visiting is to see what the staff are wearing. Didn't get to GU this time, so many people!
That place 💸💸💸
which one 😂
What would I search for, for the ginza custard soft serve place?
Pudding Lab on Google Maps 🤍
Dover street is a dream
always inspiring 🤍

I really like your fashion sense. Where are your pants from?
Thanks! Uniqlo pants that I had shortened ✌🏻
@@RalphSam That's a great fit!

to be honest, we never knew it was meant to be cut that way until we read the comments 😂😂 you learn something every day! thanks for watching 🤍
what month is this video? love the vlogs
thank you! this trip was in june 😊
How do you go about filming inside the shops and restos/cafes? Do you let them know that you'll be taking videos?
We usually ask the server or shop person if it's okay. If they decline we don't include it in our video ✌🏻
Do you need reservations at new torigin? Ty
We usually go close to opening time at night and so far we haven't needed to make a reservation.
Very nice
thank you!
when did you guys start vloging with the pocket 3??
right after we bought it in the akihabara vlog 😊 we mix it with our phone footage, but you can see pocket 3 footage in our kichijoji, ginza and mount takao vlogs.
What time did you arrive to Bongen Coffee? I would like to visit but afraid the long queue
we went around lunch time. i think there is always a queue though. usually even longer when there is no rain 😅
