When you train like them your skin and muscles become resistant to bruises. I remember when I was a kid, I never had bruises because we were fighting all the time. Now it's different.

I don't know much about cheerleading but I find myself always watching yall all the time...Eliza is so amazing and patient...they toss her like she's doing no work🦸🏽♀️...I would trust Dan 2 b my "holder"/"tosser"🤷🏽♀️all/every time--he catches everything and sacrifices his whole self 2 save the fliers even when he's a spotter--he gets kicked,punched,landed on frustrated w/himself and never wants 2 quit--only 7 years huh, u would think hes been n that world his whole life---👏🏽💪🏽👍🏽

Most are rather petite but I have seen some flyers that were badass and on the heavier side around 150-160 I could imagine. But they would end up being based by freaking beasts 😆 Could imagine it would be hard for them to find a base if they lose their partner that is used to tossing them
