As someone with ulnar drift in both my hands it would have been nice to see the model with ulnar drift and the before and after of this application. I'd like to show my physical therapist this video and see if I can have one made because the ulnar deviation braces that I currently use are very annoying and flimsy.
@@dianacardoso12 Hi, this orthosis is only helpful if the patient has fingers that can passively be placed in alignment. It cannot provide a forceful correction. Hopefully that helps, please let us know if you have further questions about this.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. Please contact your local distributor if you wish to purchase a different size: www.orfit.com/contact#!/physical-rehabilitation
Hi @Elissa Assa, thanks for your question! The Orficast was actually heated off-camera, our apologies for any confusion caused. We recommend heating Orficast for one minute in a water bath at 65°C (149°F). We share more information about the material here: www.orfit.com/physical-rehabilitation/products/orficast/ Please let us know if you have any further questions.

I am an OT and have been looking for other options, But I am also curious if this version would be supportive enough for an extreme ulnar drift.

Hi, this seems like it doesn't need to be heated. Is that true? If not, where do you get the tape?
