Sir is from Maharashtra, got into West Bengal Cadre, learning Bengali/ cadre launguage is compulsory in lbsnaa.
Gave only 2 attempts...wrote mains in my 1st attempt ..didn't clear pre this time...but now I have left UPSC for good as I am 27...
