22:37 if you look in the middle top those are the moon fragments that mauvika broke. Its a bit faint but that is usually how they appear
If you press and hold spacebar while indwelling an Iktomisaurus, it does a high jump instead of a normal jump. The nightsoul sigils that you were absorbing, that were apparently not doing anything, increase the height of your "high" jumps and also the gliding speed after that while they last. Those are very helpful for getting Iktomisaurus to high spots as they cannot climb

I'm pretty much intuitively successful with all genshin puzzles, but it took me some time to figure out these blue saurians' interactions, I still don't know what one of the thing you can pick up do, but if it helps: blue swirl graffity creates a wind current, i think yellowish pyramid-shaped thingy enchances your jump(hold spacebar to superjump). And there are a few puzzles with colored monetoos that don't make sense until you look at them for 15 minutes straight and then they do. I miss Fountaine 😥
