A teacher is a person who surrounds her students with inspiration to learn again every day and your lecture just did a magic in the same way.Thank you madam❤
In an ideal world, millions of people are subscribers and listen attentively to every word that's being said by this brilliant teacher. Thank you so much for your videos, ma'am. Love and respect from Punjab.
Thank you so much for this mam! I scored really well in my 3rd-semester exams because of your videos on poetry. I generally have a hard time understanding poetry, and reading the romantics' works initially took a lot of work. But with the help of your videos, I could understand things so well and in such depth! Thank you once again for this. Your explanation was so clear that I could accurately reflect what I gathered from the poem in the answers.
Thank you...👍👍 The Chimney Sweeper - I provides with some respite towards the end as the children are drawn towards some sort of redemption. But the second version obliterates the whole concept of salvation. It poses more questions than answers. The saviour God remains absolutely helpless. Let's appreciate the genius in William Blake ,who picturised the 'ray of hope'(Part I) and darkness of child labour(Part II) in a realistic way. Truth can be bitter, sometimes.
Thank you madam ❤ .. just for you my vision is getting versatile.. Now I am able to put my views in the topics.. I think in the line " Could scarcely cry ' weep ! weep ! weep ! weep! ' The word ' weep ' is a pun suggesting dual meaning. The most obvious meaning is that the young chimney sweeps are calling their customers to hire them to clean their chimney and on the other hand, it is their mournful and melancholic weep which is revealing the horrors and police brutality of the child labour and the lives of chimney sweeps.
Ma’am I am a student of MA Sem 1, English Literature. Your explanation is very enlightening for understanding the text, and also useful for the exam point of view. Thank you!
Ma'am You have explained this poem greatly. Your explanation created imagery in my head and those images are somehow forcing me as well to write. The way you explained this poem, felt like i lived the peom in reality. This poem actually inspired me ☺️ and your explanation is the root cause of this inspiration. Thankyou so much ma'am 🔥

This is an unrelated question but still I want to ask. Is that Eren and Mikasa's poster in backround?😅😅. Apart from that I've nothing much to add about how well you justified the poem. Thanks a lot ma'am❤❤
Nobody can interpret like you, no teacher can reflect into poetry like you do. How did you learn these during your student days? And How did you acquire this techniques of teaching! I wonder! Thank you mam❤ I am forever grateful.
Ma'am in Songs of innocence, the children had a optimistic view for a better future or better ending, can that be interpreted as the hope of common people when French Revolution was going on?

not at present, but I am covering topics that are most important for NET, especially from Literary theory and criticism. Also check the videos on History of Literature.
Ma'am suddenly a question is bothering me a lot that though Blake's poems, 'The Lamb', 'The Tyger' and The 'Chimney Sweepers' belong to the lyric genre but they also contain the characteristics of Dramatic monologue - i) They've silent listeners like Lamb, contemporary Christian churches, and Tom Dacre respectively. ii) All of them start in an extreme situation. iii) The narrator is not associated with the poet. Then can I represent them as dramatic monologues too?
They have elements of DM but in case of dramatic monologue a certain extra thing is needed. It has to be a dramatic moment captured when a certain change or revelation is found. Otherwise it is just poetic monologue.
