I have a Sister like that,When I was 14 I was told by my Parents (not blood related) that if I want to have a good Christmas then I need to buy the Family Presents So I took my Sister and I Included her in my plan to Do chores for a neighbor to earn Money I ask the Lady nextdoor she asked what the charge is for me to shovel her driveway and the sidewalk in front of her house We agreed on a price and got to work My Sister was yapping the whole time about I dont know but I ended up Shoveling more than her. When it was done I knocked on her door she handed me money telling me thats the nicest job anyone did for her. (I only charged the Lady 1 dollar) My Sister wanted me to do all the labor of buying the presents and making sure that she gets her name on it to. She wanted all the money to herself she was like IM OLDER SO I DESERVE MORE. I bought the present wich was a wooden Angel I made at School I Had to buy the material such as wood and supplies to make the Angel On Christmas my Sister tells me U OWE ME MY MONEY I'LL TAKE 75 CENTS FROM THAT DOLLAR U WERE GIVEN BECAUSE ITS CHRISTMAS I WONT CHARGE U THE FULL AMOUNT. Im used to being poor as in not having money to do things like that. The Agreement we made about doing that Ladys driveway was each of us gets half meaning 50Cents for both of us. To bad that I didn't know that by splitting half meant I do the work she gets the money because shes older. I never gave her the money since the deal was we would both buy that Angel but no she wanted it all to herself I never did that ever again

Actually being offered a job at a luxurious restaurant and being helped by a nice waitress is a great offer!
Honestly, there are people who'd kill for those positions.
Waitresses and waiters of fine dining restaurants can make and destroy the place and they're in really high prestige.
There is no chef in the world who can make food which is good enough to excuse a bad or mediocre waiter, but an excellent waiter can lift mediocre food to an entirely new level.
When going to a restaurant, the atmosphere is a VERY major part of your dining experience.
I think it's funny though how on one side those stories always have morals of "All jobs are equally important" but as a sign of dropping down to the lowest, they also use either the position of the janitor or waiter.
She can do alot better, and get a much more prestigious job. Even if I an unemployed, I don't take a job offer if it is ridiculous. I typically can find something decent within less than 2 months. The point is even if you are unemployed, you don't need to take a ridiculous offer.

I noticed the guy who plays Alex seems interested in Page from the start when he sees her and honestly, I wanted them to be together and wanted a part 2 showing development in their friendship and seeing how Margo is doing after the trip from Paris passes. Overall, the message of the video was well put and I constantly keep rewatching, it's so good!

Judging by the wealth of the manager and the atmosphere, we're talking about a high-end restaurant (given that she couldn't identify the dessert as food, it might even be a fine dining restaurant).
Her personal prestige will skyrocket and if the cultural location of the restaurant even slightly resembles western European cultures (specifically France and Germany) (which I assume because the manager took the protagonist to a flight to Paris in a helicopter, so I guess they're very close to Paris), she can earn one hell of a lot of money in tips on top of her very VERY decent salary (if it's fine dining, up to $76,500 annually).
She can make WAY more money in this job than she could have ever dug before this.
Not to mention that she now is the social connection between a very fine restaurant and its high-end guests.
She's right at the source of money and future prey for a lot of high end gold digging.
And if she wants to, as a waitress she's in EXACTLY the position to end the restaurants reputation with a few well calculated miss-steps (in case she at some point wants to take revenge).
Honestly, in the whole video she's the one who came out on top in the end.
Looking at it from a rational perspective, she got exactly what benefits her the most (and by her, I mean HER. NOT her personality).

Manager was a good man with a good heart. Despite the fact Margot yealed on his waitress and his driver, he offered her a job in his restaurant to didn't let her with any money in the middle of the street. Only a great man would do this. He knew how to be a good manager, motivated his employees and also offered Page a trip in Paris. He actually saw to Page a lot of kindness, honesty and gave her what she deserved. How many managers are like him? Very few.
