Can anyone help me please I belong to a Muslim family, but I don't followed my deen.But Allah gave me hidayat after that I believe in my deen and now I am following it. I do prayer of 5 times a day but I don't know which is correct for me means I want to follow Islam, my family says I am Sunni I should not believe in shia someone says to follow this, someone says to follow that. I don't want to follow this things I just want to follow my Islam. Near my house there are 2 masjid, in one masjid people go who are Sunni and in one masjid people go who are Shia but for me every namaz is for Allah, every azan is for Allah. And I know I have written so lengthy 😅can anybody advise me
Just become Muslim a true Muslim in islam shia are on wrong side and there is a long story behind it. Have you listened the story of karbala if you know then you already know about shia.
Assalamu Alaikum, first of all, there is no such thing as "Sunni" or "Shia" in Islam. We are all Muslims and we do not divide ourselves into sects. In Surah Al-An’am (6:159) it has been said "Surely they who divided their religion into parts and became sects, you have no concern with them; their affair is only with Allah, then He will inform them of what they did.” And also in surah Ash-Shuraa (42:14) “They did not split ˹into sects˺ out of mutual envy until knowledge came to them. Had it not been for a prior decree from your Lord for an appointed term, the matter would have certainly been settled between them ˹at once˺. And surely those who were made to inherit the Scripture after them are truly in alarming doubt about this ˹Quran˺.”
@@simrankhan2851 if u are sunni just stick to it. Because sunni just follow salah and ramadan iftar time according to Quran. And tge best way to follow Islam is just follow the Quran
