This is my favorite stretching video I've ever found. I usually like to stretch on my own, but when I do that, it takes 30 minutes, and it is nice to mix it up and do different stretches. I've never liked another stretching video because I feel my flow is best for me, but this video makes me feel great, and I love that it's just 10 minutes. Thank you!!
i love how you always tell us to listen to our bodies and that it’s okay to be slower or do an easier variation ❤ lots of time i always forget that and i feel awful for not being able to follow through/ do something that’s too hard for my body!

So good! Can I suggest adding an achilles stretch to your videos? If you work in a more formal office its often heels of some sort expected and that can get very tight.
This 5th day sequence helped me wrap up my week nice and smooth in peace. Yes, I need a lot of tender loving care for my collapsed balance and lost endurance due to my foot surgery in this last mid October. Hope I'll keep listening to my body and safely ease into my normal, healthy state of body and mind. Thank you, Jessica. 💙🙏🙏

Dear Jessica, thank you very much for all the great instructions. But I don't think it's in your mind that people have to watch up to 3 minutes of nonsensical advertising (on Windows) before a 10 minute video of you.
You can skip ads. Unskippable ads are at most 21 seconds long, and you only get 2 of them maximum. There's no way you had to watch 3 minutes of ads without the option to skip them.

Felt like this was 90% a leg-hip stretch as opposed to a full-body stretch, but I loved your teaching style.
