Yeah Colt we need more videos from you for sure! I almost forgot you were here😂 As for the air sensor, just drill a hole and (JB)weld a bung to thread it into pipe. Idk I guess changing a tune real quick is easier than doing all that. What happened to the IDI? I didn't hear what was wrong(if you said it I missed it), just that it was being fixed by a 'real' mechanic. And you gotta fix the back light wires\harness too. You may want to look at the Mishimoto aftermarket kit, bolts right in no line cutting, 20 percent higher flow. Does use bigger hot and cold pipes

I put a SPE manifold and piping kit on my 2019 it has the air censor bung in the cold air side down low on the pipe so it's out of sight. Just some information.

The yard is looking sweet, man. As far as the intercooler, my truck threw the same code with a Mishimoto intercooler. Luckily, all I had to do was add more coolant to the secondary system. It's never thrown a code since. The truck also had the same timing of the code showing up. Clear the code, drive the truck for several days, and the code reappears. I am running SPE piping with the bung in the cool charging pipe. Sorry to hear you had an issue and had to go to so much expense and work. Hang in there and have an other latte' :)
Colt I need the Info on where you got the truck cap window decal. Can’t find it anywhere.
When i ordered my maryland diesel piping kit, I made sure they welded the bung to the cold side pipe. They mount it down low so you dont see the wire and sensor making for a clean setup. When my intercooler craps out, im going with the mishimoto one.

How do you like those tires I’m looking at getting a set for my 19 f350 Dually they make a 35 that is narrow enough that I don’t need wheel spacers but I haven’t seen anything on how they hold up on the heavier trucks

What tune file you running? I got proven as well
Do you know if Proven Diesel can tune 2022 Super Duties? I checked their website and it only goes to 2021 model years.
From what I’ve seen and heard, yes they can. Prob a 2021 ECM swap though
Hey, Are you running a switch on the fly? If so is it a FT or CAC file?
Or Did you by chance swap to or from a CAC SOTF or FT SOTF file?
I know I had mine do some weird stuff either running a single file and accidentally leaving the FT unplugged or vice versa
Basically I figured since your CAC connection is unplugged
(bc you can’t install it)
If you ran a CAC sotf file I would think it would go away?
I know on the FT sotf file
if the sensor is unplugged it will run “i believe”the highest hp setting. But shouldn’t throw a code? Hope this helps may point you in a direction since the code came randomly started.
