Rotorcraft forces are a critical component to any military power for their inherent flexibility and tactical usefulness. Helicopters can cover a myriad of over-battlefield roles including Search & Rescue, MEDEVAC, SpecialOps support, artillery-spotting, maritime patrol, and training.
For the purposes of the GFP ranking, helicopters include all operating types including transport, attack, gunships, and the like embodied by such types as the Russian Mi-17 'Hip' and American Sikorsky UH-60 'Black Hawk' lines. Data presented on this list is through 2020. Estimates are made when official data is not available.

We are talking about a country that doesn't even have a standard rifle cartridge, there are all kinds of different orders for different cartridge sizes for their military rifles. It looks a bit headless and needs structure. In this path, China would still come out as successor in a full blown conflict with India.

Socialism is merely paying taxes and getting something back, like roads, bridges, police, fire protection etc.for it.
The argument is merely expanding this somewhat to include college, health care (like every other developed country) etc.
The wealthy like things the way they are, they pay no tax FACT! look up what Bezos, Gates, Buffett, Exxon etc pay in taxes, if you watched some other news than Fox you would know that its nothing or close to it.
The rich would like this to continue, so they buy the politicians to insure that it does (see Manchin and Sinema for the Dems)
Outlets like Fox teach you to hate the evil socialists even though they are trying to help you.
This help would cost the rich some money in higher taxes, so naturally they oppose it and pound it into your skull that its evil.
