    Well done! Really appreciate your efforts and honesty in showing all of your experiences good and bad. What an interesting journey you documented for our consumption. Congratulations on improving your swing and on documenting 30 straight days. I used to have a black Labrador as well, so it was fun seeing him on your channel as well. Enjoyed that project and might try a similar project to improve my game. Thanks.

      Thanks Charles glad you enjoyed it 👌 hopefully shows it’s not always simple to change just a small thing 😂. Black labs are the best - want to try get him on the course more 😝. Definitely worth having a go consistency is key for golf - keep us posted and good luck 🤞

    Great stuff Jack 👍 Really enjoyed your video. Was very relatable! Fighting the same fight down in the Waikato :P

      @@naude_v1 thanks 👌 glad it came off relatable as the intention of my channel is to show what the average golfer goes through 😂. Hope we both win our battles haha - if not we use the winter golf excuse for now… 👀

    Good stuff sir. I cant help but wonder if it would have been more effective to have 2-3 tweaks more or 1-2 pro sessions instead of figuring it out by yourself after one tweak. Stil lowering of handicap is always good and the potential is there, keep up the entertainment!

      Yep I was thinking that too but I had a lot of stuff booked in during the period 😂. Towards the end it was more annoying as the range sessions looked more positive but seems on course I was still reverting to the old swing 😂. Next step is trying to find a coach for in person I think (issue is I had a lesson a while ago and really didnt click with the coach / got anything from it so have been reluctant to see anyone 😂) thanks for watching

    My NZ Buddy. You are on a roll. To get the wrist hinge that he is talking about, thing that you are pushing the club down with your left hand and this will hinge your wrist to get in the correct position.

      @@bubbajones1035 hi bubba, we are getting there kinda 😝- in the time after the filming of this video I actually stumbled across that same tip (it has definitely helped) but my main issue now is the on the range the swing is much better but on course reverts back to the old way 😂

    On the sand drill - I always thought that your divot was supposed to be after the line, because your low point should be in front of the ball?

    • @JackPlaysGolf
      @JackPlaysGolf 2 месяца назад +2

      @@KieranGreaney sorry might have confused it a bit there - you are supposed to be just after the ball line 👍 my issue was my divot started 3-4 balls after the line (which is a tad too late and at a guess why I can often hit just the bottom grooves on the club)

    Hi Jack, what club do you use for a bump and run, and what club for a chip?

    • @JackPlaysGolf
      @JackPlaysGolf Месяц назад +1

      for bump and run I usually use 9 or PW... for my chips I normally use 48 or 52 and for a lofted one I go for my 60 (but have been favouring 48 for more roll out and more forgiving as it's a cavity back wedge)

      @@anguswayman9014 haha sound like a great Ambrose pairing then 😂. If you can get to a short game area to practice that is the number 1 place to be to shave strokes and build confidence
