Should I just say to myself throughout the day that "I am" and act as if?
I do whatever I remember to Say it. Also when waking up in the morning and going to sleep. I say I Am That I Am and listen to Wayne Dyer I Am Meditation on loop
I feel the difference now declaring I am from lack wanting to change 3d And I am which is complete.
So now I say I AM. Circumstances do not matter no fear.Thanks a ton Tom

This is very powerful Tom! This at the core of transformation, I feel. If we are trying to transform the old self or the now self that we have conceptualised, we are restricted to recreating some version of that self. Wow, we don’t realise the limitations we can unconsciously place upon our expansive nature. Every moment we can be a new me, a new I. We are not defined by any past version or story of ourself or any present condition. 🎉
