I hear him and I agree to an extent. I believe it is more of a financial class issue than a race issue. Speaking as a lower middle class white woman who lives in the deep south. We delt with factories and pollution all our life. Pollution so heavy it would leave a black film on your car and house siding. And yes I have asthma and my daddy died with lung cancer. I agree it needs to change but poor people can't seem to afford blue skies and that's how alot of people see it.
It's amazing that poor people and businesses both want to be located where land is relatively cheap.
