@@DottedDeeYes I would advise you take it out. That is usually a sign that it is too tight and it’s irritating your hair follicles.

I keep it really simple! I mainly use cold water and the only cleanser I use is Fresh Soy Cleanser. Moisturizer Nivea Soft. That’s it that’s all
