Going from having one kid to suddenly having five new babies, I'm not sure how I could manage that. So I admire how Adam and Danielle balance each other too. It's like good cop bad cop. I never liked my mom for being strict with our sleep schedule and not letting us have too many snacks or telling us to get off our phones and study. But now I realize how important that structure was and is to me. I appreciate all moms and dads who enforce a routine for their kids. I don't know why it moves me so but I can't help but be grateful for it.

I think both parents are doing an excellent job of raising those children. And you can see the way the how much time and effort they're putting into those kids. What I think is there are totally overwhelmed with the tasks the responsibilities the agenda that they have to follow on a regular basis to keep going and stay focused.
With both parents going on full steam ahead everyday can get draining and taxing.
I think both parents need a getaway to themselves without having p to worry about the children and for them to be mind free to think of themselves in a quiet romantic getaway and to catch up on each needs.
What is good and healthy is that they're talking to each other about it trying to work out a better solution and a better game plan. It's very important that when you're in a situation like that which becomes overwhelming is for you to talk to your soulmate and work in a positive direction. Which they are doing which I'm impressed. I think Adam is a big part and trying to make it work. As a woman it gets tiring and draining. Those kids are beautiful healthy stable and adjusted

I think you would be a great family for an Au-pair. The kids are open and would get a lot of cultural exchange that way, Au-pairs are usually eager to go along on trips because it's a way for them to see the country, so you would even have help during trips, and you would have the flexibility of having the Au-pair live in your home, so have a flexible schedule of when you need them and when you don't. As a former nanny we know that we can never replace the parents. We do act like another parent but we do know that it's you as the parent who are raising these kids for the rest of their lives. We only help raise them for a certain period of their life. I was a nanny for my now friends who are now my family. They are actually going on a little vacation without their kids for one of their parents birthday this Thursday and I will be with the three kids Thursday through Sunday. I am scared as I never had to do over night care but I will have a teenager with me. But even though I am not their nanny anymore I do act as an aunt to the kids. I am an emergency contact on the kids school stuff, I drop in here and there to visit them, I take the two oldest kids for one on one outings with me (the youngest is only 10 months), I'll usually take the kids in desperate situations like on my birthday last year when the mom thought she was going into labor with the youngest. I hung out with the two oldest most of the day then switched off with the grandparents so they did the overnight shift. And I'll stop by or take the kids if the mom is clearly over whelmed and needs a break.

Why is Adam so prideful? He won’t listen to his wife when she says she needs help with the kids, until he experiences the need for help. He tells his daughter to not abide the schedule and to not obey her mother. He needs to not just wear the shirts, but speak to his Father about humility.

Adam isn’t “prideful” - he’s teaching his daughters that it’s ok to think for themselves. You have the whole “men are superior” mindset, so you won’t understand. 🤷‍♀️

@@twinklemagic024Men are not superior, don't put that on me. He is being prideful by not listening to his wife ask for help, and then asking for help when he felt like he was at an end. Then speaking badly about your spouse to your child? Be a team, don't try and put yourself above your partner with your children. @@sargassum6190 what? it’s pretty obvious that this is a storyline for the show. They do this every season so no need to take it so seriously. And even if it wasn’t for the show he has a valid point about hiring a nanny. It’s expensive and many people don’t like having someone working in their house on a daily basis. As a work-from-home Dad, who’s at home 24 hours a day, he has every right to state his opinion, which is what he was doing.

People should stop putting negative comments on here. It's so crazy that you all expect these parents to be PERFECT! I guarantee that they are much better at handling 6 daughters than anyone on here would be. People are picking at every little thing. Most of the complaints on here are a few matter of opinion. Either way, stop judging so harshly. Both parents are doing such an incredible job. 👍🏻✌🏻

You have zero idea about anyone on here. If I was the mother of these six girls or had six girls of my own, I'd know how to organize them and their schedules and their own clothes. I wouldn't be telling my 9 year old to wear this or that based on the weather or the activities they had. They can wear whatever they want and they can have a say in that. I also wouldn't be controlling either like Danielle is.
