This is a Sunday Life in my late 40's, life Reset Vlog getting back into routine after a major life change. I filmed this video the Sunday after my mom's funeral. It's been hard getting back into routine because I just let a lot of things go, including myself, just frozen with heartache and loss. But I forced myself to get back into my weekly routine, tidy the house, and reset my life with some self-care. I'm working out, eating right, cleaning, organizing, bedroom makeover. I discuss some perimenopause symptoms and how I'm doing small things to combat them. I will soon embark on my journey to 50. I am a woman in her late 40's, 48 to be exact, and I am noticing my body changing and it's getting harder to stay trim, strong, and at my ideal weight.
