Gongura paste preparation:
Gongura - 4 bunches (Washed)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Brine chicken for 1 hour
(Water - 2 litres
Salt - 1 tsp
Raw chicken - 1 kg)
Gongura chciken preparation:
Oil - 4 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
4 Chopped garlic pods
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch
Cloves - 6
Cardamom - 3
Bay leaves - 2
Chopped onions - 250gms
Dry red chillies - 4
Chopped green chillies - 4
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Curry leaves
Chicken - 1 kg
Ginger & Garlic paste - 2 tbsp
Salt
Red chilli powder - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 Glass (200ml)
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Gongura paste
Sprinkle coriander leaves
