So for 4 lbps increase in pressure due to rise in temperature, nitrogen vs air difference= 4*3.3/100= 0.13lbps which is practically difficult to find in our gauges used to measure pressure.. Also change in pressure calculation for 30 degree centigrade change for initial pressure of 32lbps , temperature in kelvin= c+273 P= 32*333/303=35.17 appx ( this is with assumptions that volume do not change) So actual rise will slightly less considering increase in volume of tyre. So 2.5 or 3 lbps. Rise of pressure above this is not normal.

Formula for tyre pressure increase follow science as per P1V1/T1=P2V2/T2 A good tyre will increase pressure nearly 3 lbps ( under normal load and speed ) in 30-40 minutes and will remain there, temperature will increase 20-25 degree. Your experiment is wrong. Minimum 2lbps will increase even at 60-70 kmph speed.

@@Mattu2664 Do this experiment with car having good TPMS. It will show temperature and pressure in cold conditions. After 30-40 minute drive- check again both. Bridgestone literature says with 10 degree centigrade change in temperature, pressure of tyre change by 0.1 bar. 1 bar=14.2 lbps appx. So with 10 degree change in pressure will change about 1.42 lbps pressure. 20-30 temperature of tyre increase is normal on normal loaded car , 80-100 kmpl speed. Even change in tyre temperate can be felt by touching tyre with back side of hand.
