I've got 150 lbs to lose and it hasn't been easy I'm 47 and I have a 20 year old daughter and twin four-year-old boys and ever since I have the twins I haven't been able to lose the weight.. ever since I have discovered you on RUclips I watch your videos at least twice a day to keep me inspired to stay on track I have to watch you first thing in the morning and then again at night... and I know it sounds crazy but I have to it's working for me and I need to stay healthy and alive for my kids🥺 so please from the bottom of my heart thank you so much and please don't stop making these what I eat in a day you're amazing❤❤
As a Mexican, it’s nice to see that many of the ingredients which are at the base of our traditional cuisine are receiving much attention now that healthy eating has become a big thing in the West. Just recently I’d been thinking of ways in which I could use rice and beans (very common ingredients here, indeed) to make balanced plant-based meals, since I’d like to cut down on my meat intake, and I’m definitely giving your dinner recipe a shot (I’d say in traditional Mexican dishes meat is actually used in greater amounts than vegetables). 🙂 A brief cultural capsule: that salsa made of tomato, onion, chilli, and cilantro is commonly called “pico de gallo” -I don’t know that oregano is a common addition to it, but hey, it must be nice. Chipotle chilli is commonly used dried as a seasoning in cooked meals (soups, stews, sauces) and it has a very particular flavour -it’s smokey and a little bitter, and though it’s not my favourite, many people here really like it.
Your recipes are healthy and delicious at the same time 😍thats too important, bcoz most of the dishes that help loosing whigt is horrible 😥all respect to you 😚
I'm so glad I finally found a RUclipsr\writer who shares recipes with all ingredients that I already love ! Made a week's worth of the lemon\blueberry overnight oats for breakfasts, tahini\black bean sandwiches for lunches, burrito bowls for dinner, & the (almost illegally tasty!) 3 ingredient PB cookies for snacks. :D Thank you

Do you have suggestions for college students who are required to have meal plans in the dining hall? I've been struggling (especially as a vegan), and feel as though I'm never satisfied with what I eat.
Hi 😊I'm doing liezl Jane diet, limiting myself to 1200-1500 calorie intake daily. Eating lots of veggies, trying to avoid sugar, saturated oil/fat, heavy carbs, lunch is my heavy meal, doing cardio for an hour, I love Leslie sansone walking work out. Trying to be more active, lots of water. Trying not to eat after 7pm, I have a long way to go, but feeling motivated this time. Good luck to you 😘

Hey Liezl, amazing video!! just to let you know you're not meant to keep rice in the fridge and re-heat it!!!! cooked rice grows bacteria and can make you very sick!!!! my friend did this the other day :((( i think quinoa is better for meal prep

I love the video...how many calories in the rice ball recipe? can have it as one meal to loose weight? or maybe make the rice half a cup and the beans as well?
I love all your videos and this one was no exception. Can't wait to make your chocolate cereal and Mexican bowl. With the chocolate cereal, instead of chopping up some chocolate could you just use raw cacao nibs?
What cup measurements do you use is it American cups? I tried making the chocolate cereal but seemed like way too many oats and puffed brown rice as I had to convert cups into grams but it didn’t really work x
