This podcast deeply resonates with me. As an empath, being alone to recharge and shed other people's emotions is vital. In the past, I've had friendships & romantic partners that turned out to be psychic vampires. I spent years lost, completely depleting myself. I'm 69. I once lived alone for 16 years. I spent 20 years working on myself. I live with my daughter and granddaughter whom I love very very much. However Monday through Friday it's just me and Punky our cat and I still love being by myself. It's peacefull.
Yes, I enjoy solitude time. Friends/colleagues n family members commented I am not sociable but they don't understand how much I enjoy the solitude time. It's the time I feel energise being away from the noise. 😂❤

This is my fifth year in my isolated spiritual journey. It s been difficult and challenging. Hope to see the light at the end of the tunnel soon.

I love being in solitude. I prefer it. I don't have time for other people who just want to try and burden me with their problems. I have my own life to tend to. 😌
I have lost all my children either by law or god. Ive been alone for almost 2 yrs im almost off all medications and free of drugs smoke or alcholol and i know im def on a spiritual journey.raise your vibration.

I look back at my life of 66 years this December 27th, I can see the road I travel, it's been a solitary journey. In my younger years I didn't protect my heart, so I chose to heal, by going within to repair the soul within, just to survive. This requires me to live alone, 25 years, to peal away the layers of false beliefs I adopted. To forgive myself and others has been along arduous journey! I have to learn to Love myself which is the frequency I choose to follow, to forgive the past and worry not what the future will bring, and just be, now!

Love these! Short, direct and to the point. Twice in my life (I call them smack downs from God) I’ve been forced into solitude by an injury, the last one was a doosey! Everyone was telling how they felt sorry for what I was going through. My response? It has blessed me to no end. I’ve been on a 5 year self discovery! It’s wonderful. I’m never alone - I have the best spirit team ever!

I embarked on my spiritual journey over a decade ago. Reading and watching every bit of spiritual knowledge I came across. I understood the concept, but could never quite make the leap. Then, I was put in a situation that I thought would be one thing and turned out to be quite another. I was frustrated at first, but soon recognized that this situation gives me a great deal of solitude while also keeping my basic material needs met. It turned out to be my blessing in disguise so that I can intensely continue this journey on a deeper level without distractions. Thank You for your videos, they are much appreciated.

Tears rolled down my face while watching this video. I was born into a Christian family but I am muslimah now. My journey has been amazing. I can relate to every single word you said. My best friend asked me 2 weeks ago what type of muslimah I was. I told her I am a sufi mystic. When you spoke of the sufi mystic Ibn Araby that's when the tears came. I’ve been going through 4 months of isolation, trying to listen to why I’m here and relize it’s to remove the toxic. By doing this when I go into town it’s clear to see that life is very noisy and distracting.
It’s easy to fall back into a lesser state of awareness as it’s been slowly building up to this moment. Seeking answers in silence you can realize how heavy the traffic is in your mind when you can reach silence and your mind also stops trying to grab at …..

Old sounds thoughts or programming.
You can realize a division of what’s going on in your head and how much is needed to be cleared.
It seems hard at first but everything’s hard at first. As this separating or clearing happens your mind has a chance to see what drains you and what is fruitful. Your strength and weaknesses. For me I’m able to hold my tongue better, and if I open my mouth with ego it’s easier to identify almost instantly if not with in a few minutes dew to the level of self awareness. This is what I needed to confirm what I've been going through without understanding what's happening. When I lost everything and hit rock bottom as they say, I went looking for God because I had no one else to lean on for support and help emotionally and spirituality. I ended up studying theology to find God. The journey was unbelievable and mind blowing. Everything started making sense and everything I loved and believed in I started hating. Now my life is totally the opposite of what it was and family have even turned against me saying I have mental issues and I realise with the help of the Holy Spirit, they are the ones lost in this material world. I see and understand things others don't I even see things others hide and avoid especially sinful things. It's scary and also fascinating at the same time. I have surrounded my whole being to the Holy Spirit and he has been teaching, guiding, providing, comforting, protecting and correcting me on my journey. Thanks for the confirmation that lm on the right track.

I absorb the negative feelings that people have but sometimes I refuse to take it on me. I think the best way could be staying positive but sometimes it's hard in this world. Therapy can lead you on a right path, it's not a shame to ask help if need. Being alone and feeling alone are two different things. My personality, need to be alone in quiet 💜✨☮️

Not having distractions from all of the things that happen outside ourselves allows us to become more aware of how our minds can work with us or against us. In solitude, we can weed our minds, and Remove that which doesn’t serve us well, and cultivate that which does.

Great video on an super important topic 👍. I think this can't be stressed enough, the importance to be completely alone. I'm aware of this but it can be very hard to do when you have wife and kids and a nine to five job. Luckily my wife understands this and notices when I'm draining out cause of this. Set it as your goal, try to go away at least for a couple of days, away into silence into the nature. Do whatever it takes. I'll go into the cottage always when I have the possibility.
We are somehow almost all spiritually bound in this fake materialistic world around us. I feel like our minds are captives into all the wrong things, into all the nonsense this materialistic world around us supports. It's like you're an alien if you want and need to be alone away from all of this 🤔.
When I'm in the nature alone, I automatically start to think about 'God'... how did He do all of this around me, it... and well me. One effective way to recharge yourself is to try run in your mind into the earliest memories what you have of you, your life. That is closest to where you can reach out when you were separated from your Creator and so you came into this life to fulfill what was designed for you. Your own personal mystery, why specifically You are here on your own journey.
By the way, the tiny piano melody once in a while in the background is such a treat 🎶😎. Soothing, almost addictive.

same here 🥺 I’ve been seeking for mentor or guidance for my spiritual journey. I was so struggle on that phase. Cause not every mentor is the “right” mentor. It was so hard for me to find it, and it tooks time. Until I realized that.. my mentors are from youtube or just follow my own intuition (just have faith)🥺❤ But I still hope that one day I will meet my right mentor. Well.. if its not.. maybe I still can survive with my own intuition. Because they say.. “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”❤️

I have ONLY met my mother and father(As i live there still) for over a year now..And i mean NO interaction with friends even.. No telephone, Mail.. NOTHING.. And i can't say that i feel good about myself in isolation really.. I SURE learned stuff through these years(I have been a loner since like FOREVER) and i have learned stuff that i can't even TRY to explain for others as "Normal people" CAN'T use their brains. So what is the point of being awake in that way really???.. I also have ADHD... So my brain works on Overtime, and in an OVERLOAD-Mode All the time... Nothing gets pass me really..
