The best Yes album ever made with Patrick Moraz instead of Rick Wakeman. I mean close to the edge and fragile are amazing too with Bill bruford but this one Takes the Cake Alan white and Chris Squire my goodness what a Rhythm Section they were God bless both of them on the silent Wings of Freedom

You edited out the best part of this song .

    • @juanjaramillo7962

Thank you, I really appreciate your feedback. The editing process was essential to ensure the narrative arc of the story I envisioned fitted into the music. While I took great care to preserve my favourite segments of the track, I'm eager to find out which is the best part for you? Maybe in a future edit I can address the exclusion.

I’m referring to the part where the drums breakdown into the victorious pedal steel finale before resolving into the vague part before “Soon” I guess I could’ve described that according to minutes into the song 🙄
Anyway,, I think your work is very well done and ingenious . Looking forward to seeing more.

Thanks, Chris, I know exactly where you mean, It's one of White's greatest little inventions! Unfortunately, I got to the point in the story where the price was being celebrated for his victory in the village and I didn't know what to do with another 2.5 minutes of great music before the Soon sequence in Moscow. Let's blame Tolstoy for that, shall we? :)

Lake ''Kathru'' in the text - is it a bit of a Freudian slip on ''Siberian Khatru'' ?

Thanks for the feedback Neil, I'm thrilled you caught the Kathru reference - totally intentional! Keep an eye out; there are a few more tributes woven in. If you're up for another view, you might discover them all!🤪👍

Hi Robert, I appreciate your feedback! You are the first person to have this point of view, I don't mean to sound rude, but perhaps if you watch further than the first 30 seconds, you might discover a narrative that will surprise you. It's supposed to be a graphic novel-style interpretation of the musical piece, and I'm sure you'll enjoy it more if you open your mind to it. 😊

i am bothered by art being pulled away from human creativity by technology.i dont care how interesting, intricate or beautiful it becomes. it will always be souless. i would have rather watched yes play over images of a crudely drawn story board of stick figures. if ai didnt exist would you have had enough passion or desire to seek out an artist to collaborate with in order to complete this idea? im sorry, i dont mean to imply that you didnt have any creative input here.....
until recently the only way to make art was to focus on a craft. people who become great artist through craft arenot typically the kind of people who are adept at learning and memorizing dense systems with work flows that involve regular interuption. dense systems are involved in technologically assisted art. that kid in school who sat in the back of the class, who made beautiful art and but couldnt hack it academically. that kid doesnt have much to build his confidence on these days because all the successful kids who pat them selves on the back for their abilities to retain and regurgitate information, can do the same damn thing he does because theyve got a computer.
every ai image, every adobe tool that does it for you..
like it represents the intent of a person to express themselves but doesnt actually express anything. like a general ordering his troops into battle while he stays behind to see how it played out

Your job will also be pulled away by AI.

AI augments our creative process by offering fresh perspectives. It’s the brush that extends our reach, the pen that whispers forgotten words. But the canvas remains ours to shape. Creativity thrives when we wield AI as a brush, not a bulldozer. It’s not a zero-sum game; it’s a symphony of possibilities.

BTW mastershake I have sought out artists to collaborate with in the past ruclips.net/video/hAz4GS57Y68/видео.htmlsi=yIMCKhSs4HynjJNJ
I’ve had a dream of collaborating with Roger Dean since I was a teenager but I doubt if I will ever raise enough money to interest him so AI allows me to be as ambitious as I want with my projects. Unfortunately, it would have taken a lifetime for an artist to produce enough material for this particular project.
