ultra light setup is very deep topic, I suggest to focus your core end gear setup first, dont waste your time with ultra light,
get your vengas, legacy rods, copper setup, and norway setup first after that you can make ultra light setup.
for alternative to wacky rig you should look for match rod spot for longnose and ugui
