Igor is a very honest realtor. He is passionate about his job and fun to work with. Buying experience is very simple and not stressful with all the fun. Biggest trait is he will not push you to buy and will only show a house as per your budget.
Immigration to Canada is not complicated as it seems, the problem is your inability to Reach out to best IMMIGRATION agent to help you alongside the Application.
Immigration to Canada is a bit difficult to undertake mostly application visa, the best way to secure Canada visa is to look for a transparent authorized Immigratioon consultant, Mr Michael Austin assisted me and I successfully migrated to Canada in 2021, I give All the glory to almighty God.
Mr Michael Austin extremely helped me in submission application to ESDC for LMIA followed by second application to CIC inally I got permission, well I got my visa afterwards Mr Michael really played a professional role.
Hey Igor, finally was able to migrate to Canada via SINP. Thanks so much for your encouragement. I actually visited your city last December when I visited Banff. It's huge. I rather my small town feel in Regina. But I can't wait to revisit Alberta to spend more time at west Edmond mall.
@@neelshah3770 Probably the most depressing city I have ever been to. Calgary is just an endless suburb with no character, no culture, art scene/nightlife scene is bound to one single street downtown… you have to drive everywhere (public transit is impossible). So many people I come across are blatantly racist, annoying and small-minded with a fake friendliness (they are all nice & treat you like best buddies but when it comes to actually making solid friendships Calgarians are strangely reserved). I could go on. Yeah the greenspaces are nice but you have to drive outside of Calgary for the mountains (which I don’t count as being part of Calgary). Moved here for uni - I am lucky because i’ve met some cool people from other cities, but the overall vibe here doesn’t suit me. It feels too slow and dreary.
It’s a pretty messed up place. I’ve heard of people picking fights then dying when they get punched. UFOs that covered half the sky and no one noticing anything. Personally when I go there I don’t get out of the vehicle.
You have great videos and many ppl cover Calgary very well by showing the different sites and sounds but no one ever talks about the Chinooks. I feel miserable most of the time because the Chinooks affect my sinuses terribly and Im in pain most of the time. The weather is not stable so if its -30C for a week next week the chinooks will roll in and the snow will melt and the temperature will rise to 10C rapidly and so that affects me terrible. Without the Chinooks, Calgary is will be an ok city to live in.
Hi, Igor I really like your videos, it is quite informative and very relevant. I chose Calgary even before I saw your videos because I was looking at both affordable working opportunities. Igor, I'm looking for a trucking job opportunity can you help me with possible employers that have positive LMIA that would be able to sponsor me? Warm regards,
good idea in my opinion. im currently in vancouver and i have lived in calgary. both place have pros and cons my im sorry vancouver is not worth the cost. traffic, prices, housing all turn me off of vancouver. calgary is great city. lots of sunshine
@@thomasm2806yes..one of the reason i want to move to Calgary is because of the properties price..i was thinking if i keep stay here idk when i can have my own house lol..but Calgary weather make me scare tho :(

The part he's driving through has very few commercial shops. Those are a few blocks over. That said a lot of businesses downtown went under after minimum wage hikes and Alberta's economy catered... And then the pandemic hit. We are starting to see a new boom with the oil prices back up. Also we just finished winter and people haven't switching into 'spring mode' Plus a lot of people are still working from home. The downtown is only really busy because of commuters. Also from context it sounds like he's there in Sunday. Downtown core is quiet on the weekends. There are other shopping areas that are busy in the weekend (malls etc that are not downtown)
2:25 here. On the other side of that building is City Hall, and then beyond that is Stephen Avenue which has a TON of shops, and during happy hour many bar patios filled with people.
14:20 this is near the downtown mall. This is typical except during rush hour when the streets used to be packed (I haven't been downtown since the pandemic though. I live near a mall in the south that I go to instead.)
If you wont miss the arts and music scene in Winnipeg as well as gritty scetchy areas then Calgary will work. Its clean and shiny. I would seriously consider checking out Edmonton as well as its like a bit more cosmopolitan Winnipeg. You may feel more at home. Especially if you miss the north end as you can wander northeast of downtown here and it would be like Dorothy clicking her heels and boom...north end Winnipeg : )
