Hello! I bought the sketchbook you recommended and found myself too afraid to touch it with paint! I've been painting on a cheaper watercolor paper that buckles easily. Thank you for your excellent videos. You are a great teacher.
Oh! Did you get the Etchr sketchbook? ☺️ Just focus on the experience seeing the beauty in the everyday, and record your sensations with lines and paint. Sketches don't need to be as perfect as photos or paintings to frame. It will be a precious record of your life's moments.
I did buy the Etchr sketchbook and its so well made and worth the money. and this is the reason I am afraid. Thank you for putting it into perspective regarding painting life's moments as a record. I forget about the meaning of it all as I try to be perfect, when it's all about painting a lovely journal and having fun. thank you!
