I haven’t been on the good subscription since May 2023 due to financial issues, but this is a very ambitious project and I’m looking forward to its completion. Hopefully Take2 won’t take it down like Underground.
Take2 didn't take UG down, the UG devs themselves cancelled it out of fear of being taken down by them.

You should add a big suburb in liberty city to make the city feels more alive
I guess they are following the designs of rockstar back then. You know, cities in the 3D GTA have little suburbs, every city it's so packed.
Maybe there will be a city in S&S with bigger suburbs, only time will tell
once upstate liberty is released its being added to stars and stripes. its a mod for gta 3 being made by person named adus.

Always start new game, same thing on my end. Started in 1.3-ish. Dunno when, if ever, there'll be a fix.
In Liberty City i saw the reference of "See you in Vice City" but instead of Vice City said Carcer City, with Cash driving a Stallion, like the reference from GTA 3 of the sign with "See you in Vice City" and the airplane. Meaning that in a later update will be Carcer City. Am i right?

surely you can afford a computer that's not outdated for 2004 standards right?

you will be surprised. GTA SA is a very old game, i mean it runs on a very outdated engine which isn't really supported on most modern machine. even my budget gaming laptop with GTX 1650 are struggling to get above 60FPS (with skygfx + "proper fix" mod installed). It does run GTA V very well with a stable 72FPS on high settings though

I really like this idea and I'm impressed by just how expansive it is. I feel like when it's all said and done this could be Classic GTA's equivalent to Thug Pro, tying all the games' maps together and creating a massive base for modders to continue building off of for years to come.
I'm curious as to whether or not Carcer City from Manhunt is going to be included, since Rockstar's implied a number of times that the two series share the same universe.
I just hope Rockstar doesn't shut it all down. Wouldn't make much sense of them to since they've made it clear they don't care about the 3 to San Andreas era. The way I see it, they've got their HD universe now, leave the 3D universe to the modders since they're so adamant about keeping the two separate.

Is there a way to implement the San Fierro weather to Liberty? cause in III the weather was very similar.
I'm aware this will take years to finish but man, I genuinely cant wait for the finished product. This mod will be something truly revolutionary in the GTA SA modding community
Ensure you've got this thing distributed among the net before T2 comes knocking. Otherwise, this is hugely ambitious but at least you have an outline. Can you do custom navmeshing for traffic on the open roads?
Been following this mod for a while and am excited to grab it because I grew up with the PS2 trilogy of GTA. My question is this for you guys:
When you start, will you be able to switch between the three main protagonists as you please? Say I want to play Claude in Vice City's story instead of Tommy while I have Tommy play in GTA 3's story.
Hey, here an idea. If you ever considered making custom missions to all the map outside San Andreas, why dont you make missions connected to each Easter Egg?
Maybe finding an easter egg will trigger a mission or even NPCs will give you missions that will lead to easter eggs. The Ufo crash for example can be directly connected to the UFO museum.
The rewards for such missions doesnt need to be anything absurd, maybe some few special items or even just money or no rewards at all

Hopefully you guys improve your security measures, just in case Take 2 Interactive doing another mod takedowns that's severely affected a lot of GTA mods including GTA Underground
