There's no information about a discounted price as of yet. Perhaps, wait till we get closer to the date.

Yes, purchasing the Aftermath DLC is automatically considered a pre-order since the official release date is May 26th.

Is aftermath free with the season pass?
Aftermath includes Story Mode Expansion DLC and 3 new fighters: Fujin, Sheeva & Robocop. Aftermath is not included in Season Pass.

It's an Expansion DLC. If you already have the game, then you can download only the Aftermath DLC.
