I love Donghyun’s voice so much and I think that he deserves more lines
Golden Child came back for revenge to show who the true kings are.

This chaotic ego trilogy is one of the most *EPIC* trilogy.
Losing ourselves is not an unfamiliar thing to human-beings. When a song sings about the beauty of love or the pain of heartbreak in terms of interpersonal, some of us might not be able to relate (because we're forever alone 🙂 Jkjkjk)
But, losing ourselves, losing identity is so so much easier to relate.
Want to admit or not, we all have gone through this kind of phase at least once in our life, especially when we're stepping into the harsh reality of life.
This song makes me feel less lonely.

EXCUSE ME GOLDEN CHILD? HOW DARE YOU MAKE MY JAW DROPPED? THE RHYTHM IS SO STRANGE AND DIFFERENT YET SO GOOD THEY ALWAYS GIVE THAT KIND OF TONE AND QUALITY THAT MAKES THEM UNIQUE. THEY HAVE THEIR OWN COLOR AND MUSIC THAT IS SO BOP. GOLDEN CHILD NEVER FAIL TO AMAZE ME! YOU GUYS SHOULD NOT SLEEP ON THEM!!
So here is my understanding of the trilogy.
1 Wannabe- they have been sad and tired of their current life so they wish to be their wannabe (their wannabe refers to the someone they want to be). And they have been obsessed on being that someone.
2. Without You - they are currently finding their wannabe because at this point, they forget who exactly it is. They are lost and stuck at finding the one. They keep on finding their wannabe but they keep on coming back without them.
3. ONE (Lucid Dream)- This is when they realized that they have fallen deeply in their lucid dream that it became so hard waking up. They have been too obsessed in wanting to be someone else and they ruined themselves in that process. But even if it is almost impossible, they still woke up and realized that the ONE they need to be or their wannabe is actually themselves.(The wanting for their want to be is just a lucid dream) I don't understand korean so I'm not really sure with this.
In general this trilogy is about wanting to be someone else, being lost in it, and realizing that they should be their self.
Sorry for my bad explanation, this is just based on my understanding.
Sometimes when life gets hard and we encounter many problems, we just want to be someone else but we should not because we'll just lost with it so why not just focus on reality and solve your problems because at the end, you'll just be yourself.

Jangjun 장준- 3/3 Rapper, dancer, has silver/ grey hair, watch him on his own show Jangstar on dingos channel on youtube where he bends every rule and makes you laugh no matter what, the definition of energetic, a Samsung geek, according to him he’s the 2nd princess of Woollim (Sungkyu of infinite is the first), Also claimed to be the son of Dingo, has his own tik tok called son_of_dingo where he does things???, Fatal James Lee, can also sing very high notes, the 9th member of weki meki (search up golden child weekly idol weki meki) likes people that know him and if you don’t get ready to be shamed, makes his own rap lines

Friends with a lot of people. ‘Man in the mirror’, gets scared easily, also part of Music Banks special group, the 00’s which has an ateez member. Knows the dance to basically every red velvet song. Hated heights. Also laughs at anything his hyung say and can’t do anything seriously if they’re there bc he ends up laughing.

The song really has deep meanings.. Since WANNABE to ONE has a meaning in searching of their true identity (self-identification? idk)
Idk but my interpretation is, they have 2 different sides of their own self. The one with a perfect side/good side (white/pure), and the other with a worst/bad side (black/dark). Since WANNABE they're searching for that perfect self, wanna be a perfect version of them, wanna be "you" aka their other perfect self. But in WITHOUT YOU, they couldn't find it, struggling to find that other perfect self, losing in their own thoughts. Hard to climb up. And finally, in the end, with ONE (LUCID DREAM), they experienced some lucid dream about being that perfect one. They are happy cz they are now in a perfect shape, or so they thought. Bcz it's actually only a lucid dream, hard to escape. So you can see in this MV they experienced some struggles/confusions within their ownselves, even hurting themselves, trying to escape from that dream. Luckily, they managed to get rid of that dream, break the door/anything in that dream (I think it's symbolized by the collapse building), and finally escape from it. They have found their other selves (this is indicated from lyrics 'already perfect you and me', 'only one one one one', 'yes one one one one') meaning they have found and been fused with their other selves, and it's perfect now, thus completing their TRILOGY from WANNABE, Without You, and ONE (lucid Dream). "you" and "me" here I think is the same person, "you" is their other self version they're looking for since WANNABE lol it's kinda hard and confusing, but it's what I got. Mind telling me your theories here?

Eversince their reboot golden child has really been bringing unique sounds to kpop trust me I’ve gone through 300+ kpop groups and 1000+ songs and this song really does confuse you musically like its so different but interesting its a mix of sounds you wouldn’t usually put together really pleasant to the ears but wow how do i explain it? Each time you listen you’ll notice beats you didn’t the first the violin like wannabe especially with the vocals wow Golden child really are amazing the music video really is fire
