Make a liquid paste of Besan "gram flour" instead of atta , it will add up the exact flavour and most used ways to prepare aloo chop .. Ppl make it out of atta too bt the taste hold far good if prepared along with besan.. 🙏 best wishes for more subscribers, keep doing it....
