I absolutely love the style of how this came out. Something I don't think I appreciated before was how unique the instruments of each Animusic set were. The 3-neck guitar from Future Retro, all the cool synth-pads from Starship Groove, the elegant amalgamation from Resonant Chamber... I think Full Circle pushes this concept to its fullest, with the pipe-organ, guitars, EVERYTHING having that distinct circular element to it. This could easily stand out amongst the Animusic ensemble, for the better I would say ^^
i am beyond thrilled to see development stills! one of my favorite parts about animusic as a kid was the special features portion where you could see all of the sketches/in progress development shots. makes my artist heart happy to see stuff like this!
Full Circle Fun Fact: During the development of the animation, the guitar & bass were actually added last minute. There was going to be a 20-ish plucked string instrument, however it was replaced by the guitar & bass due to the strings being too similar to the hammered strings & harp from Ambient Glow.
Dude. The animation is so passionately accurate to animusic. Wayne and Dave would be proud. ALSO. I WILL BE YOUR MUSICIAN IF YOU WANT. It would be a complete dream come true I’m not joking. I’ll compose animusic style midi for you or whatever you want. I wanna be a part of this. You’ve brought fanimusic to new heights, and I wanna be there. Animusic is one of my favorite things ever.
I see that you're using Blender, and as an amateur 3D artist, I would be very interested in knowing what you're doing for the base animations with the sounds. Are you doing hand keyframes, full midi files that get converted to keyframes via an add-on or Python script, or is the whole thing hand-made for the timing? I would be ecstatic seeing what the process is for the animations to sync with the sounds.
I think I like the vocal instrument design idea shown about from 2:01 - 2:04 more than the final version because they look more like a separate instrument rather than a re-purposed organ. Edit: Also, what instrument is that shown from about 2:41 - 2:44?
Nicely done. I bet if the compositions here and in the original Animusic weren't as nice, maybe simple for the sake of the visuals, all this would have just faded into obscurity.

I agree! Full Circle really captures a distinct style from any other Animusic or Fanimusic creation.
It is always cool to see the development of animations like this :)
It looks absolutely incredible. You have my highest respect.
I'm so glad someone picked up the torch! This is brilliant an in every way the equal of the original, but evolved to the time.
i really liked the detail you had on the lazer. It's so refreshing to see your work, guys!

Nice animation😮
I would love to see a stage construction of this! Nice work!

If you look closely at the laser, it's the part that actually has the beam coming out of it.
@@NarrikBwah Yeah, good catch :)

Crazy idea but make animusic video game!
You're just combining 2 words. How would an animusic video game even work?
