Juzo also is very selfish - he doesn't do anything for the team. Kisho Arima - provides an insane AOE shield with every attack and if you star him up - boosts teams stats when they are shielded. Oh an at 2*s I believe he starts to do more PEN meaning his dmg will go even higher because he will ignore enemies def.
It took me 42K gems to finally get him, I'll just wait one month to star him up with 2 free star up things we get every 2 weeks P.S: can you tell me how you changed your background from normal Kaneki to white hair Kaneki with the city?
This event is rough ... I got my first copy at around 20-30k gems. Got my 2nd copy from 150k gem LOL, in total I'm 180k gems down and still sitting on only 2 copies. Devs are super greedy. Also, my entire server - with all of the P2W players - we only have 2 players who got him to 2*s, everyone else is at 0-1 stars.

You probably want arima at atleast 1 star as although he’s highest aoe dps that shield just makes him that much more viable
