Hope this one is useful folks, had a few comments asking about doing the full Sunday lunch and how to time everything.
Let me know below what sides you’d add!

This is a fantastic video... I like to cook a roast but, do struggle with timing... fantastic mate 👍

Where would you fit Paxo in that?

@@RossBamford I used to love lemon and thyme stuffing which you can't buy anymore, is it easy to make?

I’d want to serve any stuffing fresh from the oven, so I’d do it to finish at the same time as the potatoes. It should even cook in about the same time as the meat needs to rest, so you wouldn’t have any issues with oven space 🙂

I subscribed because of your comment, though I liked the video before seeing your comment 😊

So, my lot like a big tray of yourkshire pudding, like a big oblong tray so the kids can have the squishy middle, will that still work cooking it first then reheating? because the adults like the crispy sides that it generates? Great video as always!

Yes, I would think that would work fine 🙂 it might be worth popping it back in a dry tray for reheating, just to stop the middle crisping up 🙂 thanks for the the kind comment! 😊

Little confused as where's the roast beef while your heating and cooking the roast potatoes or do i cook the beef fully 1st and while its resting cook the potatoes...
    Thanks

It depends on your setup, but if you only have the one oven then yes, you can do that. If you double-wrap the beef in foil while it rests it will be fine, the longer rest will only make it better 🙂

Mmm ... Never thought about doing the Yorkshire's first to get them out the way ...
Also what joint off beef did you use?? Topside???

    • @RossBamford

It definitely cuts down on fuss, and means you can do more yorkshires without worrying about having room in the oven 😋
This one’s a silverside but topside is great for this 🙂

Both are on the side of cheaper cuts which are in my budget...
      Thanks
