- Man was I pumped and devastated when they played this song. I remember the ost from season 1 that played during Eren’s decision to trust his comrades. It’s so beautiful and the lyrics makes it even better. They brought back Barricades and Bauklötze so I’m hoping they bring back Call Your Name for you know what… 👀
They did Hange’s last stand justice here. In fact, MAPPA nailed this entire episode, music too. The rumbling was even more horrific than in the manga, Hange’s death made me cry more when animated. Everything was just beautifully animated, especially the last few minutes. Thank you MAPPA 🙏🏼
I had a bit of trouble trying to raise the volume for the violin and It wasn’t working in my favor. The end Is a bit distorted too so It’s not perfect unfortunately. Anyways, thanks for listening !!
Original Soundtrack by Hiroyuki Sawano (Bauklötze) • Bauklötze

I really appreciate this version! Especially the ending where it’s just the voice- I wish the other versions I could find had that!!
0:11 Omg that riff. I could here that riff non stop. Freaking ear worm. Like, that riff exudes sexy but the song meaning and the scene that this gets played on is anything but sexy. The dichotomy between the music and the scene is *Chef's kiss*.
Got here early!!! Loved the Barricades rendition, and I love this too!! Thanks for helping the journey to the end!!
Dedicate your heart I never thought I’d hear you say that

kinda weird that they'd give it such a childish name
What's it mean?
@@aidondiaz2668 toy building blocks
Maybe the building blocks are a metaphor for something else
@@GBlockbreaker it means that the founder Ymir is just a toy.. That means she's just a tool to make the walls
@@happybulalogaming1648 yeah but i'd still expect them to use a term like Bausteine or even Grundsteine or Grundmauern instead, i feel like that would make more sense while still fitting better for the overall "trying to act mature" atmosphere of the story
