I think it's great to see that it's not always the same (I boil the broccoli separately and then incorporate it into the rest of the food). Here it is stirred raw together with the other ingredients (as is usually done, for example, with rice, so that it integrates more aromas and flavors) and then pour in the broth. I have a question, I don't usually have hot broth, done yes, but at normal temperature. I just heat it with ingredients that I know will cost me more to cook. Is it necessary to heat it and add it to the stir-fry when you integrate it after broccoli?
The broth not necessarily to be boiling. If you keep it in the fridge, take it out before cooking and add some hot water in it before pouring into casserole pan. Adding cold one is not good, but warm is doing its best in the meal. Cook it for joy!
