Every time i come back to this i keep asking: How is this not an animated series? Seriously you guys need to try and reach Blizzard, this style, the combat and so on would all make a killer series.
RWBY is a special case. After Monty Oum died a few years ago, they lost their star choreographer, which is why the show turns into something completely different in the middle of season 3. They gained a budget, but lost any real skill.
Yeah, Monty had something special. His successors can't even figure out how someone would stand while holding a hammer. I still can't get that shot of Nora out of my head, elbows out, knees out, facing directly towards the enemy, jeez.
Must be a relief to not have to animate Genji's mouth! You have such an amazing sense of weight and anatomy, your fight sequences are stunning. Absolutely amazing animation my guy
I did not know the quadruple threat battle was going to involve a Pokemon battle But I think Genji won. This is totally not biased by me thinking that Hanzo is a dumb old guy when it comes to the whole Genji murder thing and aftermath
I think when it comes to the whole 'honor' thing Genji is better. The 'honor resides in one's actions' makes more sense than what Hanzo thinks. Also why are we arguing who won? This was a manga-rap-pokemon-naruto battle.
Hanzo believes one destiny can not be changed simply altered, Genji was lazy and wanted to be a play boy. Hanzo did him a favor by killing the old genji who was full of hubris and anger. If Hanzo has a flaw it;s that he refuses to recognize the new genji , not that he killed the old one.
I used to watch the animated stick fights XD and i loved them so much, and when they tried 3D i thought nothing was cooler but when i saw this it changed my point of view completely good job

I'm basically Mercy at the end. WTF was this? I wasn't sure at first, but when it switched to the combat animation I REALLY loved it. Music and action fit flawlessly and created a sober and tense atmosphere you rarely see their relationship represented in - maybe even more so than in the original Dragons cinematic. Buuuut... then it suddenly turned into memewatch... Basically the exact opposite of what I liked about it at first...
I'm always up for whatever Dillon has in store, maybe I'm just biased towards memes. I mean, he had Super Saiyan Zenyatta for crying out loud. But, If you like combat animation, might I recommend GildedGuy? He doesn't get as much attention as he deserves and his animation is often synced to some fantastic music.
I find that animators are under appreciated so I will say this thank you for the people who don’t say it because you don’t have to do it but you do so thank you again. The animations you make are unbelievable on how you make them.

Wow. Hey there, Dillon. I... I had to come here because I saw the animation on JT Music's channel and the animation style was so... Familiar. I couldn't understand why. Then I saw the colored portion and my mind immediately went to RWBY S2/3. I no longer watch the show, as I feel the spark has left it, but... For a moment, for just a moment, I saw the flow that made me first fall in love with Monty's vision. I admit that I never really looked into everyone who worked on the show, and maybe it's just fate that I found myself here. But I'm so happy I did. I've dropped a sub and hope you continue doing what you love. I can safely say that you were one of the people who inspired me to take my Computer Science degree and begin molding it into Animation.
