Love me some canister shells, but the NOABS are second to none for big symmetrical breaks, and most of the time pretty unique effects that you can’t get in your average consumer shell.
I love NOABS for the large breaks and color/effect selection such as an all red/white/blue but although more time consuming, I do love picking out different cannister shell packages and fusing them up my own ways for a different pace. mixing that in with nice duration and effect cakes makes for a GREAT show that people will love!
I'm right there with you. NOABs have their place, but I prefer customizing my show with cannisters, and there are some pretty decent ones out there. I just did a Memorial Day show for my neighborhood and used the Death Assortment cannisters w/ three 500g Massive Neon cakes in my finale - and it was epic. Honestly I like using both in tandem with 500g fan cakes, and a bunch of 200g cakes. That way your finale fills the lower/mid/high/very high parts of the sky.
Cans will always be better in my book. I can spend a good amount of time hand lighting 1 24pk of canisters. But there are noab’s out there that are the closest to “display fireworks” we getting as a regular customer with no pyro license
Dam can only buy fireworks on a certain 22 days. That’s all out of a year ??? Here in SC we can buy them all year long. Any day we want. That’s so crazy how laws are different from state to state on fireworks.
Yeah it sucks because we have the demand and the fireworks just sitting but we can’t sell them. That’s the main reason why we are looking to open outside are as too
NOABS are more expensive for 1 reason; they are the closest you can get to a pro shell. They come in mortars which mean they are round and symmetrical. In basic terms, you are buying 9 show shells at a very expensive price....better than nothing I'd say.
Definitely accurate as they are 100% the closest thing to the pro stuff since they go the highest, have the largest breaks and they are the most will designed breaks.
I live in California and I know I cannot ship fireworks to my house but I am spending the Fourth of July in Maine where fireworks are legal. My question is can I order from elite and have them shipped to Maine? Please let me know I am not going crazy but I plan on spending between 800 and 1200 dollars.
Right now we don’t ship fireworks because we are located only in Texas and we can’t ship fireworks legally. NYE 2023 that will change though since we will have a location outside of Texas so we can ship.

I just can't buy NOABs when they normally cost atleast 130 in texas and up to 240 where I live. I'd rather just buy a case of hydra or jinja shells. Actually made a NOAB out of hydras for Chinese new years on my instagram.

NOABS can do a great job but definitely more pricey when compared per shot. They do go higher too which is nice.

They both have there spot, definitely if you have the budget to mix it’s the best way because NOABs tend to go higher than canisters so very nice.

I use NOABs for the highlights in my backyard shows, and i have 99 1.75" tubes for mines, comets and canisters for my Finale!
Good set, NOABs are always great to add to shows. Nothing goes as high as them so having NOABs in shows combine with other items is awesome.
Mainly due to the ridiculous cost of NOABs, I'd pick canisters all day.
Pretty much, they are nice but canisters come out much cheaper
NOABS are nice for different breaks but shells and that 96 shot rack is a must.

I make my own NOABS wirh canister shells and racks cause I can’t justify paying $100 for a 30 second firework

Last I knew Elite fireworks does not ship YET.. But I’m not 100% sure on that.
