When I have it in the car I’m always wondering if people are thinking she shouldn’t be having all that soda. I really don’t care what people think but it’s always ice water. The fact that after all these years I still am wasting my brain space and time with what others think! I’ve gone from 330lbs to 210 and still trying but it’s sad that in my mind I’m still 330 a lot . I fill that to the top with that ice. I also have low iron, my mom said people that have it usually chew ice. Idk why🤷♀️ Also I agree with the road rage, sometimes I just want to scream at these people and other things😂 Florida is really bad, I’m in Tampa, but it’s best just to keep it moving, you never know who is packing anymore and I’m not about to get shot over some traffic issues. Hi loves! Baked sweet potatoes with all of the same things you’d put on a baked potato curb carb cravings and so do broiled tomato slices with mozzarella , basil and olive oil drizzle. I lost over 100lbs eating those things. Thanks for the ideas. I never bought a lot of diet snacks besides sugar free pudding with whipped topping.
