So u wake up in the morning to work and never come back?😢😢 we try by all means possible to fight hunger and only to hear such devastating news🙆♂️ May God heal every broken heart including those who read the heart breaking news
Its going too slow,40 trapped ,48hr gone, there a need for more volunteers, supervision, cranes, and construction personnel who understand construction work,
South Africa has an internationally classified provincial Urban Search and Rescue Team based in Gauteng. The assistance of this team was offered to Western Cape 2 hours after the scenario. Together, the response could have been doubled. The team has been on standby for deployment to George for 24 hours, yet they have not been deployed. Western Cape Disaster Management has now deployed untrained rescuers from Gauteng as relief rescuers. None of these rescuers are qualified to operate in the rubble, and cannot work in confined spaces. Yet the international team has not been deployed. How many people will have to die before the Western Cape accepts assistance from its sister province as per the Disaster management act. The Western Cape needs to swallow its pride and allow its sister provinces to assist them
So many men standing around that 1 spot doing nothing but watching? Why arent they checking other places? And al the combined weight could be adding to weight on to another person underneath them... whats the point of them just standing there? And why are untrained volunteers allowed to assist in a search in such conditions, what if something happens to them during the search n rescue?
Has the role of the construction mafias been raised in this buildings construction . There are 30 people doing very little and are actually a hindrance to the actual rescue , these people could be doing more to look for others rather than standing with folded arms .
@@sivutywabi3575 It's like our government , plenty of people doing very little for a lot of money . A rescue team needs two paramedics an engineer or two and three riggers and a team of two or three with cutting equipment to cut the concrete or lift it out of the area , the rest are just getting in the way
Yes, politics is not needed here. This is a tradegy and it seems that everyone is getting together to do the job. At times like these we don't need politics splitting people apart.
.it's. really Shocking. Why waiting for Soundings instead taking a d remove those Concrete blocks quicker our of The holes and get To the bottom why are there not More Cranesssssz on Site rescue fail Tooo Slow NoDoudt 11:39

Can you imagine this buillding falling down in its completed state. It was supposed to be an p upmarket
BUildings collapse only from earth quakes & weak foundations & pillars . Not enough re-enforced METAL .
Scary
@@cathymcdowell5294Indeed
Fact mate
True... usually one sees part of the metal structure still standing or sticking but nothing here...only metal i see is from scaffolding

My condolences! Please, we don't want these South African building construction companies in Nigeria.
Thank you.
But 95 % of the workers are from there
