The event took place on June 23-24, 2023. Visitors experienced the eclectic world of Steampunk with elaborate costumes on parade, traders selling accessories and clothing, and fascinating exhibits. On Saturday evening only, Blists Hill's Ironworks becomes the venue for a very special event, 'Iron Made In', featuring the Wight Hot Pipes and Anti-Invasion. Hundreds of Steampunk fans took to the cobbled streets of Blists Hill Victorian Town this weekend for a special event. Steampunk is an eclectic blend of steam power, science fiction, and elaborate costumes, reimagining the Victorian and Edwardian ages for the 21st century and beyond. There is also a Steampunk Festival happening at Boscobel House and its famous The Royal Oak, where visitors can discover one of the most dramatic escape stories in English History. Overall, the Steampunk Weekend in Ironbridge offers a unique and exciting experience for visitors to explore the world of Steampunk and enjoy a range of events and activities.
