Long time republican here. I haven’t voted since 2016 I knew he is crazy for power. My mistake was not to vote at all. I realized we need to recuperate our country from the cruelty of maga dictatorship trump is. I will be voting for Harris and I Thank President Biden for his hard work on defending this country.
I voted Republican between 1976 and 2016. Yes, I voted for Trump. But by June 2017 I could see he wasn't fit to be President. I have voted blue ever since in the hopes that all the harm that MAGA has brought to America can be undone before I die.

I'm a 70 year old white man and this ad brought tears to my eyes. Right now, my young grandchildren are shielded from Trump's hate by their parents, but someday when they spend more time in the world on their own they will not be so protected from the hate of people like Trump. I hope we (our family) have filled them with enough love they will reject such hateful words and ideas.

My parents, my grandparents never, ever taught us to hate. They were good Christians, I was taught about Jesus to love others,forgive them etc. not Bible thumpers at all. Just good to the core. 1967 we moved to Tennessee for dads job. They were greeted with hatred towards my damned Yankee parents. I was in 6th grade and went to school with black kids….I never felt any animosity, hate , nothing towards my fellow friends. As a parent, my kids have experienced a lot of trump’s hate from their own teachers and classmates in school. It started when they were in 3rd grade. It’s against school employment policy for teachers to preach hate politics to children in class, but that hasn’t stopped them. I hope your kids are really checking in with their kids about what’s being said in school to them. It got very stressful for my kids.

I am a man, and I feel that this country deeply NEEDS a woman as leader at this point in its history. Power-hungry old men have brought us to a very bad place. We need the healing energy of a female leader. I live in one of the bluest of blue states, which Biden was sure to win. Knowing that there was no danger of Trump winning here, I had decided not to vote at all in the presidential race (while voting downballot.) Biden is of course much less bad than Trump, but he is a corporate Democrat and a selfish old man who had to be pushed hard to avoid a catastrophic defeat. When Kamala became the candidate, my enthusiasm soared. I contribute money weekly and will enthusiastically vote for her.

I am a man, and I feel that this country deeply NEEDS a woman as leader at this point in its history. Power-hungry old men have brought us to a very bad place. We need the healing energy of a female leader. I live in one of the bluest of blue states, which Biden was sure to win. Knowing that there was no danger of Trump winning here, I had decided not to vote at all in the presidential race (while voting downballot.) Biden is of course much less bad than Trump, but he is a corporate Democrat and a selfish old man who had to be pushed hard to avoid a catastrophic defeat. When Kamala became the candidate, my enthusiasm soared. I contribute money weekly and will enthusiastically vote for her.
