The clones are not real. To grow anything like that, s fertilized egg would need to be implanted into a human female's uterus and she would have to give birth.
Also, the lack of sperm cells is not 100% a problem, but to create stem cells from DNA and fertilize an egg with sperm from the same DNA would result in a LOT of potential birth defects (for the same reason incest causes birth defects)
