I once read a post by a guy who bought in The Villages. He said that he was, "surrounded by selfish, self-centered, self-absorbed, boomer scumbags." Did I listen? No. I bought in a 55+ community and am surrounded by people who wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire. If you, like me, are not a scumbag, 55+ may not be for you.
