i wrestled competitively in the 90's. I didn't know how technical wrestling really was at the higher levels
it has always been like that,,but so many coaches dont know every things to teach the kids,,but each wrestlers have secret techniques that we learn from each other.sorry if im not that clear,
i feel that I could've been such a better wrestler with my youth athleticism if youtube existed. I mostly learned from a few books and vhs tapes outside of hs wrestling practice. The wrestlers today are so much more knowledgeable imo
@@michaelupsala420 of course you could be better .life was so much different that time than now days with lots of information and videos and internet is in your hands 24/7 with mobile any where you go.
techniques are the key to win..other ways you lose energy in the first three minutes .and losing energy means you lost to yourself before you lose to your opponent.
