Lower the backlight on your phone, also certainty devices have a feature that changes the white balance of the screen to a warmer hue after the sun sets. This change in temperature Is easier on the eyes.
@@lamecasuelas2 yeah, my phone has that warmer feature too but it doesn't change the screen brightness. HDR overrides the regular screen brightness setting.

I always wondered why these videos were so bright when by brightness is as low as it’ll go.
