    Luna I saw the video on that guy’s channel and hope that it is not true. Make sure you put ALL your fees in writing. Full disclosure is important in business. You should also request signatures as proof that the fee payment was explained and the person that contacted you was aware of the additional fees. I would also advise that you contact a lawyer to assist in preparing disclosure forms and also to determine what your legal remedies are, if any, regarding both of those videos.

      Good morning 🌞 The original video is filled with lies and exaggeration. I have been dealing with her attempts of slander for a year now. She’s just started to play dirty by trying to bring my name down publicly. Before, she was doing it the old fashioned way with gossip in the streets haha.
      All of my fees are acknowledged and agreed upon upfront. Commissions paid are between the owner of a property and the agent or finder, not the customer. This is common practice here (and in other countries too) to receive a commission. But, I digress. All is well. Her slander will not harm me 🙏🏽

    I'm just a simple Dominican who care for the country and everyone that's in it. I'm not going to mention names, but I'm talking specifically to Americans expats. I don't get it, Why some Americans would go to DR and, start to make real state, guiding tours, giving history lessons about the country, Some of them don't even have a year in the country and start making videos about Dominicans women, Some of them haven't left the small town of Sosue and, they talk about Dominicans like the know the whole country, like they've been living in the country for like 5, 10 or 15 years, And top of all that, They think that, they own the country, They want control their own fellow americans. Some of them don't even speak the language and they act like they have all the right to talk about every single issue of the country. They level of entitlement is ridiculous. I said some, because not everybody act the same. I can't put everyone in the category.

    • @LunaSoleil
      @LunaSoleil 2 года назад +1

      I agree with a lot that you mentioned. If you notice, I do not speak on Dominican politics or anything of that nature because I am a visitor here. This country owes me nothing. I am just grateful to be able to live here.

      @@eddiemonesti5671 then you shouldn’t speak about an specific group if you are aware, as individuals if you have issues with the way they behave, sure , you are entitled to your opinion but facts are facts , don’t generalize mentioning an specific group. There are good and bad people everywhere but also there are people who really care about other countries and contribute a lot to those communities with infrastructure or education, people who care and live within the community and help people and guide them to a better future so yes there are specific groups that become a part of the community even becoming citizens themselves. You should mention the positives with the negatives as well, not just one side of things . Never generalize, nobody likes that, people from DR also live in other countries around the globe and become part of the community wherever they go. Also these expats are promoting the DR in a positive way not the others kind of tourism that goes on over in the island that I will not mention

      @@minibx6659 totally agree! I am always grateful to expats for contributing to a lot of things in so many communities. They educate locals about many different things so they can do better. They also create organizations to better many things. It also amazes me that they fall unloved with another country. Many times they leave all behind and never go back to their old life. I respect, appreciate and celebrate their courage.

I don't have to talk about the positive they do for the country, whatever positives things they for the DR, is to benefit themselves. Starting for avoiding tax in United States of America. You didn't get what I said, We have Canadians, Germans, Itialians and Americans investing in DR, The others 3 groups are not on RUclips talking about Dominicans women and culture, Do you understand that?
